PROCESS CONTROL AND AUTOMATION:
We have expertise in all levels of process control, both basic electrical and complex electronic circuitry. We are able to fault find through the electrical circuit of a machine and into the electronic circuit boards, down to component level. We also offer an electronic module and circuit board repair service, often at a fraction of the cost of a replacement item. This is particularly useful when a machine is obsolete and spare parts are no longer available.


DRIVES AND MOTOR CONTROL:
We specialise in all types of motor control systems and have experience of drive systems for both AC and DC control, from 0.75kW through to 150kW, for any application. We undertake the repair of DC motor drives and AC Inverters, or can retrofit obsolete drives with a modern replacement, taking full care of the interface of existing control circuits to the new product. This can range from a simple, open loop, speed control through to a closed loop, precision speed drive, for example, as required for plastic film production. Stepper and Servo drives are also repaired and retrofitted if required.

Additionally, we can also source replacement motors or arrange the repair of a clients existing motor should a replacement not be cost effective.


CONTROL PANEL REPAIR OR BUILDING:
We undertake the design and build of control panels for any type of industrial machine. We can carry out this work with either standard relay or PLC control as the need requires. Our site engineers can repair or modify most existing panel's to a clients specific requirements.

PRINTING AND FINISHING:
We have experience of virtually all makes of printing machinery, from small, single colour, sheet fed presses, through to large, web fed, multi colour machines used for newspaper and magazine production. Over the years we have been involved in everything from simple electrical/electronic repairs to complete machine moves and re-commissioning.
Our service also extends to print finishing equipment, such as Folding machines, Gatherers, Normbinders, and Saddle Binders.

PACKAGING AND CONVERTING:
We are very involved in the packaging and converting industries, for both folding carton and corrugated. Our experience ranges from Flat Bed die cutters through to Flexo printing machines for corrugated conversion, along with all the leading names in folder gluers.
For the pharmaceutical carton industry we are product specialists in code reading equipment and glue line inspection systems. We work closely with the major name in the supply of this equipment and are able to assist with the inspection of both "straight line" and "complex" cartons.

PLASTIC EXTRUSION AND FILM PRODUCTION:
We can assist with the controls required for the plastic industry, with a history of involvement with temperature controls and precision speed systems required for the extrusion process. We are also experienced with the equipment used for materials handling after the manufacturing process is complete.
